Our land record bill was added to HB 7163, AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH STATUTES AND REVISING THE SCOPE OF PODIATRIC MEDICINE , as uncalled amendment 9237, sections 516-521, which is on the House calendar for today and marked ready for action of the House . This means it could be heard at any time.
So, please call, fax, or email your representatives urging them to vote in favor of HB 7163, An Act Concerning Revisions to Department of Public Health Statutes and Revising the Scope of Podiatric Medicine, as amended by Amendment 9237.

A little before noon today, the House of Representatives passed our SB 1391, Town Clerk Fee Bill, by a vote of 116-1. Our President, Joseph Camposeo, wishes to thank the Town Clerks for your participation in urging your representatives to support our bill. With your assistance, THE PROCESS WORKED! The bill now goes to the Governor's desk for her signature to become law.

Action Alert: It's Time To Contact Your Reps.
Last Wednesday, the Senate approved without opposition our fee bill, SB1391. The bill moves on to the House for consideration. It could be voted on as early as Tuesday. Please contact your Representatives now and urge them to vote in favor of SB1391.
Call, fax, or email now.
Reminder: Our fee bill made it this far last year. To continue moving through the legislative process, your cooperation is not only appreciated, it is needed NOW.
